Freud, Adler, Jung, Baudouin, and Lacan were the early explorers of the subconscious and unconscious mind. In those early days, uncovering the root of a problem could take years, and even then the goal was often understanding and acceptance — not necessarily resolution. Their work opened the door to everything we use today, showing us that the mind holds the key to emotional and behavioral change.

By the early 1900s, research showed that mental images could trigger measurable physiological responses. Guided Imagery evolved into a tool for healing, clarity, and problem-solving. With InterActive Guided Imagery, practitioners learned how to dialogue with the subconscious mind — unlocking insights, dissolving obstacles, and transforming both health and emotional well-being.

Beginning in the 1980s, Energy Psychology blended acupressure techniques with traditional psychotherapy.
