Winning the game of life is 80% mindset.
I work with homeschooling families to cultivate mental fitness, emotional regulation, and inner confidence — the foundation for meaningful learning and long-term success.
I homeschooled my seven children through every phase imaginable — from structured academics to unit studies, delight-directed learning, and ultimately the freedom of unschooling.
My approach was always the same:
Character first.
Critical thinking second.
Academics third.
My children grew into thoughtful, capable, self-directed adults with deep curiosity and strong inner stability.
Some had few friends growing up — not because they couldn’t connect, but because they were thinkers, not followers.
I now work with homeschooling families to cultivate mental fitness, emotional regulation, and inner confidence — so learning becomes natural instead of stressful.
Homeschooling Journey: A conversation that helps you:
- Reduce overwhelm
- Choose an approach that fits your child
- Support emotional resilience
- Build confidence — in them and in yourself
- Break free from the pressure to “do it perfectly”
Your journey doesn’t have to be stressful.
You deserve clarity — and your child deserves a mind that thrives.

I was born and raised in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and came to the United States in 1979 after traveling through Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia.
I home-birthed and homeschooled seven children, who are now grown and living independent lives.
Diagnosed with skin cancer at the age of 15 and later bedridden in my 30s, I learned firsthand that physical health alone is not enough — mental fitness and emotional regulation are equally essential.
I earned a Doctorate in Naturopathy and a PhD in Natural Health, with a thesis on The Power of the Mind in Healing.
My children were raised with principles of natural health, personal responsibility, and resilience. Despite significant life challenges, they learned how to adapt, recover, and move forward with confidence.
Raising seven children through health challenges, divorce, and a prolonged custody battle was not easy.
But it shaped a powerful truth:
When children grow up with emotional stability, mental fitness, personal accountability, and freedom to follow their interests, they thrive in extraordinary ways.
Each of my children learned to:
Think independently
Solve problems creatively
Bounce back from setbacks
Develop mastery in the areas they loved
Build confidence from the inside out
Below, you’ll meet each of them — now adults — and see what a character-based, principle-driven homeschooling journey can create.
Gifted with exceptional intelligence and a photographic memory, Melody set her sights early on a path few believed possible — and achieved it.
Today, she is a 12-time world champion knife thrower, recognized internationally for her precision, focus, and calm under pressure.
Alongside her competitive career, Melody designs and creates custom, one-of-a-kind leather goods, where the same qualities — precision, discipline, and attention to detail — define her craftsmanship.
Her work reflects what happens when mental training, confidence, and self-trust are applied both in sport and in creative enterprise.

Drawn to craftsmanship from a young age, Amy developed mastery through patience, repetition, and respect for tradition.
What began as leatherwork evolved naturally into knifemaking, where her precision and disciplined thinking define her work.
Amy embodies quiet confidence — excellence built through consistency, not pressure.
Evie sees what others overlook — the quiet intelligence of wilderness, night skies, and wild creatures.
A specialist in night sky, landscape, and wildlife photography, she works where solitude meets focus and patience meets skill.
Her work reflects a mindset of perseverance, presence, and trust in one’s own rhythm.

Grounded, capable, and instinctively mechanical, Stephanie has a natural ability to understand how things work — and fix them.
Whether working with land, tools, or physical movement, she approaches challenges with confidence and embodied intelligence.
Her strength comes from trust in her own instincts and the freedom to learn by doing.
Sophie lives with intention and follow-through.
From modeling to international travel as a flight attendant, she has consistently translated vision into action.
Her life reflects a core principle learned early: clarity of mind, combined with consistent action, opens doors.

Christy combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
From construction to real estate investment, she excels at seeing what others miss and turning complexity into structure.
Her success reflects confidence paired with competence — the result of mental discipline and resilience.
Eric approaches life with focus, precision, and determination.
From marksmanship to welding and robotics, he consistently masters complex skills through discipline and persistence.
His journey shows that mindset — not circumstance — defines capability.
