Anxiety Self Help:

Using Sound, Frequency & Vibration

to Calm the Mind and Body

This resource is offered freely as an educational and supportive tool.

Regina was a dear friend and colleague who devoted her life to helping people regulate their nervous systems through sound, frequency, and vibration.

I had the privilege of interviewing her shortly before she passed away, and she asked me to continue sharing this work with those who need it.

Her passion centered on energy, music, and beauty.

Her work with premature infants was studied in several hospitals, where the babies relaxed more easily and recovered more quickly.

She also worked extensively with veterans, creating specialized frequencies for PTSD that helped soften symptoms in a gentle, natural way.

Together, Regina and I offered workshops on healing frequencies and spent several days helping seniors feel better through sound and vibration.

Her legacy lives on through the tools she created and the calm, clarity, and emotional relief they continue to offer.
