We start by understanding the energy of foods. Some foods give you a lot of punch, while others could rob you and lead to ill-health. Find more in Chapter 4.

Although I had a happy childhood, I was often sick and grew up on antibiotics.
At 15, I was diagnosed with skin cancer which necessitated surgeries every 6 months.
This challenge launched me into studying nutrition, and how food affects the body.
At 18, I bought my first juicer, started to cleanse and detox... and that did it for me.
No longer did I need the surgeries.
Face with other health challenges, I continue to explore food fashion and diet trends.
Depending on the seasons of my life, I was into macrobiotics, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, Mediterranean, Keto, Paleo...
My motto now is NOT about being vegan, Keto or Paleo, my motto is: BE HEALTHY!
